The location is the only thing I'd give five stars. The room helpers were the worst part. A towel was yellowish, so we left it unused, but at checkout a helper inspected the room and accused us of causing the discoloration. The owner seemed extremely desperate, and the door guards were always looking for money. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

I stayed one night in room no 301, and checking out was a very disappointing end to it. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed indifferent when I raised concerns. They made billing confusing and delayed the process, including charging extra for dropping something off at the room after a five-minute stay. The reception desk should handle things clearly and courteously, but that wasn't my experience. My last interaction with the hotel ruined my impression. I urge the management and owner to improve staff training in guest handling, communication, and professionalism.

The hotel itself is good, but the receptionists are very, very rude and the service is poor. I'd tell people to think carefully before booking.
