The Palm Aryan - a Boutique Hotel

After a long day, the calm, pleasant ambience made it easy to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and neatly managed, and the hotel as a whole felt well kept. Staff were polite, supportive, and quick to help, so things went smoothly without hassle. The location also made it convenient to get around Kolkata.

The main letdown was breakfast. Even when the property was fully occupied, it was brought to the room, and I missed having a proper dining setup for a full-service stay. Apart from that, The Palm Aryan was a stand-out choice for me. The room felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and function, making it easy to rest. The setting is peaceful and quiet, a welcome break from the city's bustle, yet still accessible. City Centre Salt Lake is within walking distance, so you get both calm surroundings and nearby access.

The room was spotless when I arrived, with fresh sheets, a properly sanitized bathroom, and everything well maintained. The lobby and corridors were clean and organized as well. Staff made me feel welcome from check-in, and were polite, approachable, and helpful. The hotel had a calm, comfortable feel, and I could relax easily. Whenever I needed something, service was quick and smooth. A comfortable stay, and I'd happily return or recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, well-managed place with good hospitality.

We were on the second floor, where our room had a huge attached balcony, which was a definite plus. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the bathroom was clean with the facilities we needed. Staff were courteous, service was good, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. They do take guests' photos at check-in, though. The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street, about a 10-minute walk from City Centre 1. There are plenty of well-known restaurants nearby, and food delivery is easy through various apps. The ambience is decent, but the decor is fairly average. Wi-Fi was quite weak and could use improvement.
