Hotel Vip Intercontinental

The location near the main market is the only positive for me. During my stay on 6/7 feb 26 with my family, water kept running out when we needed it, the taps leaked, and the service was pathetic and shrewd. The rooms are extremely small, and they took advantage of our situation when we asked for a bigger room. Before booking, I asked about a larger room and was told there were none. Then, for a single person, they compelled us to take a family suite priced 3 times. Don’t travel here with family, and don’t fall for the fake reviews posted online. I did, and regret it.

Everything was close by, including the market and metro station, so the location worked perfectly for vacationers. I stayed four days. The room was neat and clean, the staff were courteous and well behaved, and the food was good.

I’ve stayed here twice over the last couple of months. The staff were efficient and well mannered, and the rooms were good value for money. They’re nice and air conditioned, with room servicing and laundry available. The food’s good too.

The nearby shopping market is within walking distance. We had a great stay, with clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly, helpful staff. The hospitality was great. Thanks to Miss Kajal for arranging such a comfortable stay.
