Hotel Victoria by OYO Rooms

The rooms were neat and clean, though a little small, which was okay. I didn't try the food or service, so I can't comment on those. They could improve the toiletries, and since the hotel is near the airport and likely to attract business travelers, they should keep shoe shiners too.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is good, though a bit costly. It's a small but comfortable place, with spacious rooms and the basic amenities. Close to the airport, it seems nice for families and transit passengers.

There's a good range of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi and room service are available, and the hotel staff behave well. The location has great connections to Dharmatala bus terminal. There are no fans in the rooms, though the restaurant employees aren't as friendly or helpful, and a few of the staff sometimes behave badly.

The hotel staff were well trained and cooperative. It's reasonably priced and close to both the airport and the market. Almost everything is within walking distance, including a mall, a movie hall, and places to eat, from street food stalls to good hotels.
