The staff were nice and knew about my late check-in, so everything was arranged for me. The room was neat and clean, and the geyser had hot water, though the taps were unnecessarily complicated. The hotel itself is okay, and the location is where Google Maps takes you. Don't worry about the first turns it suggests, they are right, even if the route looks secluded at night. There's no signboard on the hotel, so you might wonder if you've arrived at the right place.

The staff were welcoming, and both the room and bathroom matched the photos on the website. I booked through OYO because I trust the brand, so I expected the usual standard. The hotel is about 10 km from Howrah station. They have a kitchen of their own, and the food was fresh, neat, and good quality. I had a satisfactory stay.

Finding the place could be confusing: it sits well inside the locality and there’s no sign with its name out front. Once we got there, though, the room and bathroom were clean, and the room was spacious. The amenities were as listed, the staff were friendly, and the service was very good. Breakfast was limited, but nicely prepared. It felt like a good place to stay with family.

The hotel is in a residential part of Salt Lake and works as a budget option, especially if you find an attractive deal. I booked through #OyoRooms and got a big discount. Staff were polite, and they let me check in early for 199, though I left that evening. Breakfast is usually included, but they said early check-in meant mine would be served the next morning instead. Since I was leaving the same day, I found that unreasonable. They had already charged for early check-in, so breakfast shouldn’t have been removed from my package.
