The room was comfortable and had useful equipment, including a work desk, AC, and heater. Tea, snacks, and food are quite expensive, and I wouldn’t order the tea since it’s machine-made rather than handmade. I was also disappointed that water bottles aren’t complimentary and breakfast doesn’t include free tea.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Kolkata, and the food quality was really good. Best room, nice atmosphere, and the staff were very cooperative. Thanks, everyone.

After I checked in and went out for lunch, I came back two hours later and was told to wait at reception while the staff cleaned my room. I believe they had given it to someone else by the hour and kept me waiting until that person left. Sanju Gorai took my booking over WhatsApp and then cancelled it. He was extremely irresponsible.

I booked this place for my parents recently and was unsure at first, but everything turned out amazing. The staff’s behaviour stood out most to me, more than anything else. The facilities and location were great too, in a prime spot near Gariahat Crossing. Definitely five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
