The room smelled awful, the towels were dirty and unhygienic, and the toilet seat was in terrible condition. Cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. This was a completely disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Even booking directly with the hotel didn’t help. The staff service was terrible, and asking once for something was no guarantee it would be done. I asked for water bottles in the afternoon and got nowhere until I sat at reception and asked them to bring some. When I requested a room change, one staff member said another room would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, a different person at reception had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to wait another 15-20 minutes while the room was cleaned. The reception staff were the worst I’ve encountered. At 1500-2000 per night, this service isn’t worth the price. Save your money and find another hotel.

Tanmoy Mukherjee, or Tanmoy Da, was very hospitable. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is in the heart of Salt Lake, opposite City centre 1 and City centre metro station. I’ll visit again.

The online listing showed a price of 600, but when I walked in they asked for 1500. The reception staff were also very poor. I guess this is a scam hotel. Avoid it.

We always get a warm welcome when we visit with our pet. The ambience is lovely, and the staff’s behaviour is especially remarkable.
