The staff behaved very well, and you can bring in outside food. Hotel food and tea weren't good, though, and the roadside location meant traffic noise. I paid Rs.1500/day for a non-AC room and stayed 10days, which felt a little expensive. Free RO drinking water is available on demand. Check the bathroom tap and flush before checking in. There's a lift, which is useful if you're with a patient.

The staff are well mannered, and they'll make excellent home-style meals if you ask. It's a good budget hotel, with clean sheets and a clean seat.

I've visited more than four times and had a good experience each time. It's a decent choice for a night or two while traveling, especially because it's very near the airport. The service is good, the food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the manager and assistant manager are easy to approach and ready to help guests. The rooms are fairly priced, the food quality is good, and the staff are supportive. For this kind of hotel on VIP road near the airport, it's hard to find one. Nice place and good customer service.

The main road makes it a bit noisy at night, but overall it's good. You may get a better deal by calling them or booking offline. The kitchen isn't pure veg, though there are pure veg restaurants within walking distance.
