The location was convenient and the service was prompt. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Victoria Regency and would definitely recommend it to others.

We booked using someone's reference, but were put up somewhere else. The rooms, location, and breakfast were all third class, and management had an irresponsible attitude. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all with family.

The restaurant was so good, what can I say, yaar. No GST was charged, and my friend got along well with the staff. We had Thumbs Up, noodles, and rice, though my Chinese friend didn’t like the rice. The food was tasty overall, and going during Durga Puja feels really nice. They also provide tissues and mouth fresheners. I love you so much.

Everything else is good, though sometimes there are cockroaches in the room, and mosquitoes too.

Really bad experience. The service was rude and very poor. The food was expensive, and its quality was awful 🤮🤮🤮🤢
