Hotel O Three Sixty Five Inn Guest House

The room smelled, and there wasn't even a blanket. The staff were disgusting and didn't know how to speak to guests. This was such a pathetic hotel to come across through OYO. Please don't choose a place like this. You really don't feel safe there.

The place didn't feel safe, and the staff even tried to pressure guests into leaving positive reviews on the booking app, which is very unprofessional. The room was dirty, with stained, bad-smelling bedsheets and blankets, and hygiene overall was very poor. I had a terrible stay and definitely wouldn't recommend it. Avoid this hotel if cleanliness and safety matter to you.

The receptionist who checked us in was very sweet, the only plus. The restaurant staff were rude, and the rooms weren't cleaned. We asked for a king-sized bed but got two beds pushed together, and neither was comfortable. The rooms were extremely small, though they call them deluxe. The sheets were very dirty and stained. The shower didn't work and the AC was almost broken, so we were so hot that we opened the windows and ran the fan at full speed. They don't allow outside food, but when we called the restaurant, the only food available was biryani. I'd steer clear if you're planning to stay more than one night.

Something went wrong. I haven't stayed at this hotel.
