We stayed for five days, and I loved the experience. The rooms are small but work well for two people, and the staff are extremely helpful with excellent service. There’s no food in-house, though you can order through Swiggy or Zomato and the hotel staff will bring it up to your room. Good for a one-night stay too.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and I saw two or three cockroaches near the toilet. The rooms were substandard too, and the staff’s behavior felt highly unprofessional and pathetic, as if I owed them for staying there. I don’t understand how the place has such good ratings. Maybe the quality has declined a lot over time. I’d only recommend booking if you’re looking for a nightmare of an experience.

The location is handy, with good connections to other parts of the city, so it works for a short stay of 1-2 nights. Check-in was hassle-free, and the room and bathroom were clean. Some bathroom fixtures and pipes leaked, though, and there were no storage cupboards. Basic toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and tissues should be provided.

I spent seven days here and had a nice stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and breakfast tasted good, with authentic Bengali food. The staff were especially polite and attentive, and brought the things I needed.
