Breakfast was fresh, good quality and pretty tasty. Dinner delivered to the room was prompt and delicious too, especially the crispy baby corn, naan and rara chicken. The staff were helpful, though their overall approach felt reactive, so I’m taking off a star. The hotel is in a handy spot on the main VIP road, about a five-minute drive from the airport. We paid around four grand for one night in an executive suite, but the room didn’t feel worth that price. It seemed old, with a half-broken flush and peeling paint on some of the paintings. The pillow cover and towels were stained and didn’t look clean. They also didn’t give us a directory of contact numbers, something I’d expect even at a basic hotel. I might stay again, but a more proactive approach would help guests.

The staff were polite, friendly and professional, and Nandita from Housekeeping deserves a special mention for making my stay memorable. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was large and well kept. The hotel was clean and very well managed, with excellent hygiene standards. Wishing the team all the best for the future.

The room photos on websites and Google are completely misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. There was barely room to walk in the deluxe room. The walls and corners were dusty and broken, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. The bedsheets and pillowcases were covered in stains; when we asked for replacements, the ones brought were even dirtier. I didn’t need the WiFi, but the staff conveniently avoided giving us the details. This doesn’t feel like a normal hotel, let alone a boutique one. Complete scam.
