The bathroom was unhygienic, and when I asked to change rooms, they refused. The smell in the room was unbearable, with a strong cigarette odor and cigarette boxes, gutkha, and beer bottles under the corner of the bed. The bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty with clear fluid stains. Staff said there were no extra sheets or covers, so I had to use the dirty ones. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. I’d booked through OYO for ₹700, but the manager denied the booking when I arrived, demanded ₹1,800, and kept me waiting for over one and a half hours. OYO tried to reach the hotel without success and eventually paid the extra amount for me, after which I was given a room. This was a terrible experience, nothing short of torture and cheating. You advertise one price and demand another when guests arrive. I won’t be back. If you have even a little dignity or self-respect, don’t visit this place.

The room was in horrible shape, with dirty bedsheets, a terrible smell throughout, and the AC deliberately turned off. It felt as if they’d intentionally given us the worst room, and it clearly hadn’t been maintained. Even with a confirmed booking for around ₹600, the staff started questioning us about whether we were staying overnight, which was none of their concern, then demanded ₹1500 for the same room. When I said I’d report it to OYO, they dropped the price to ₹1000, which made it look like they’d been trying to scam us from the start. There was a lot of unnecessary argument and rude behaviour before they finally agreed to give us a room, probably because I said we’d leave by 5 PM after checking in at 12 PM. This place was completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Harassment, hidden charges, and pathetic service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. A complete 1-star experience.

The room was unhygienic, with stained, smelly bedsheets, cockroaches and mosquitoes, and an unclean environment. Staff were unprofessional and didn’t handle the problem properly. The price I was asked to pay at the hotel was different from the online price, and they demanded extra charges at check-in without explaining them properly. That defeats the purpose of booking online. Very disappointing, and I won’t book here again.

We had a confirmed booking for around ₹600, but when we checked in they asked whether we were staying overnight, then said that would cost ₹1500. They had no right to ask us that. Seriously, it was the worst service ever. We ended up leaving and looking for another hotel despite the confirmed booking. A really terrible experience.

After booking and paying online, we were still asked to hand over Rs. 500 in cash. The staff caused us a lot of trouble over it. A very bad hotel, and the staff were very bad too.
