The reception manager made the stay especially unpleasant. He was rude and told me I couldn't expect a three-person room at that price. I had booked a classic AC room for three through booking .com, but was given a non-AC room for two, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was broken and maintenance was terrible. Then, after all the nonsense at checkout, they asked for tips without any shame or sense. The worst hotel I've visited. If negative ratings were possible, this place would deserve one.

The bathroom was a mess: the toilet seat was broken, there was no hanger, and water kept clogging. The room fan and AC didn't work, staff were reckless, and they wouldn't replace the wet doormat, claiming they had no extra mats. We booked three OYO rooms for eight people, with three guests in each of two rooms and two in the third. At the hotel they said classic rooms allowed only two people and that no rooms were available; after we argued, they gave us just two rooms instead of three. Worst experience. Never go here.

We booked through Agoda for four days at a reasonable rate, and the room itself was spacious and clean. The man at reception was very rude, though. Staff kept asking for tips, and wouldn't accept the amount offered, they wanted larger notes.

The room was in awful condition, with beer bottles left inside the cupboard, no Wi-Fi password provided, a stinking toilet, and smelly bedsheets. When I complained about the sheets, they said they were stained with paint, not smelling bad. I booked two days ahead through the OYO app for a family temple visit, but was asked to pay 1500 for an early check-in, which they refused to allow anyway. At check-in, they wouldn't give us the two AC rooms for six people that I had booked and paid for. The manager first offered one room for four, saying he couldn't help the other two, then after about 30 minutes of arguing offered two non-AC rooms. He said OYO was responsible for refunding me and that the hotel's rules were his own. Later he said he couldn't even provide one room and told me to cancel and stay elsewhere. Only after I raised my voice and said I'd go to the police did he offer two rooms for four, asking the other two people to pay 400 each. I couldn't keep arguing because I was with family, so we stayed in that situation. Please don't book here. We had such a mess of a time with family, and I don't want anyone else to go through it.
