My stay at Renetest Thirupathi was very disappointing. The food in the restaurant was average, and even a simple lunch took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Staff seemed casual and slow, with little urgency or concern for service. There was no proper parking, the hot water was barely warm, and basic items like a dental kit were missing. The rooms were very small, with an average interior, a tiny cupboard, and a broken hanging rod. The lift was tiny and painfully slow, and the door handles were loose. The in-room phone didn't work, and there were no contact details for reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant, so it seemed to be there just for show. I also want to mention Manager Nageswara. About two months ago, he replied to a customer's feedback saying that improvements were underway, but I saw no sign of them during my stay. It would mean more to make changes guests can actually see than to make promises in review responses. Renetest Thirupathi didn't meet basic expectations, let alone those of a 3-star hotel. I hope management improves the facilities and service for real.

We attended a family friend's function at this hotel, which is on Tirumala Bypass road near Leela Mahal circle Tirupathi. The hall has a good ambience and can easily fit 250 people. Dinner was set up at the front of the hall, and the smell carried inside. The food was normal, the washrooms need improvement, and the staff were polite and friendly with customers. The management runs a chain of hotels and resorts throughout the country.

The restaurant wasn't open during my stay, and the staff, though they tried to help, didn't seem trained enough for 3-star standards. The hotel is in a good location, with decent, spacious rooms, but the experience was only okay and I wouldn't rate it as a 3-star property. Renovation work was going on. At first I had to leave my car outside, and someone put grease on its front. Later that night, I was asked to move it again.

Skylar Tirupati was calm and comfortable, and I found it good value for money. The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and check-in went smoothly. I had a very pleasant stay.
