Capital O 27775 Hotel Srinivasa Residency

I ended up paying because my darshan time was close, but don't trust the photos. I can assure you I had to stay only for that reason. The room was pungent, and there was a cockroach on the bed. The sheets didn't look properly washed, the bathroom window was broken, and a long mat was covering broken floor tiles. The AC only works on the left and right sides, not the center, and you can't control it from the room or adjust the temperature. Zero maintenance. Definitely not for a family. Hey OYO, I'm not willing to share details with you.

I booked a month in advance online with pay at check-in, but when I arrived they demanded twice the booked price and wouldn't let me book. It was extremely inconvenient late at night with my whole family. The management is awful and they aren't genuine. Please don't trust them.

The only good point is that it's on the main road. The place isn't clean, and the pictures show something else. The AC can't be controlled from the room. Every time you need to turn it on or off, you have to go to reception, and changing the temperature isn't possible.

The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and the common areas looked neglected and unsanitary. Staff were rude and unprofessional the whole time, and didn't seem willing to help or even speak politely. For the price they charge, that service is unacceptable. I don't recommend staying here, and I won't come back.
