Capital O 37901 Hotel Sri Lakshmi Grand

They charged an extra 300 rs to their personal account, and the whole thing felt like cheating. My bill said checkout was after 24 hours. I checked in 11/09/2025 12:50 Am and asked to check out at 06:30 Pm, but they entered 05 : 00 Pm. I had come back after Sarva Dharshan Token, which took time, yet they still charged me extra. The service was very bad. Owner, please look into this issue, because they are cheating people. Avoid booking these rooms.

Don't stay here. The owner is a third class person, and this is the worst hotel in Tirupati. They offer a low room rate and say checkout is after 24 hours, then take an extra deposit. Later they claim the 24 hours are up and demand more money. If you refuse, they make a scene. They are frauds.

Be sure to keep your room key after booking. If you hand it in, they may give the room to someone else without asking, even when your booking period isn't over. I didn't like that at all. During peak days the hotel was very expensive, and room booking seemed to involve black marketing. The rooms were small and poorly ventilated, though the A/C was fine. There was no breakfast or any complimentary service, and staff were rude and slow to respond.

The location is handy, with a bus stop within walking distance, autos available, and a few hotels nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. The staff are friendly too. But the price feels high for what you get. The rooms are cramped and not clean, the sheets were dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the bathroom jet spray was broken. That's why I gave two stars.
