Please don't waste your money here. Mr. Murugan, the hotel manager, was very rude and insensitive, with no sense of customer service. Staff wouldn't turn on the geyser early in the morning or late in the evening. After several requests, they gave false assurances that they would switch it on. The toilet flush in rooms #208 and #308 didn't work, and even after we complained during our two-day booking, it wasn't fixed.

A really bad experience. The rooms were dusty and dirty, including the beds, and there were mosquitoes so we couldn't sleep at night. We had five power cuts in just one night, and there was no hot water, bed light, or signal. The charging ports were damaged, there was no room service, no staff, and it didn't feel secure. A waste of money.

The owner was very rude and it hurt a lot when I asked about the poor washrooms and the water not draining from the washbasin.

The owner was rude and arrogant to customers, and the bathrooms were sticky and unclean. The beds were stained and wet, with cockroaches and bugs all over them. They don't even provide water, so don't bother with their service. They also scam you by using an auto.

The location is good, but the hotel management is the worst. They talk to you about one thing, then ask for extra money at checkout. Don't stay at this hotel.
