Dlr Grand

DLR Grand has a peaceful, comfortable feel, and our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and ready to help us. Its location made it easy to visit Tirumala Venkateswara Temple. We had a fantastic stay with family and friends, and recommend it to anyone visiting Tirupati who wants a quiet, comfortable place.

Our two-day stay in Tirupati was disappointing, especially for the price. The corridors smelled unpleasant, and the small lift could only take two or three people at a time. Service was slow and limited, with just one receptionist and one service staff member available. Although Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are allowed, delivery workers can enter the premises and go straight to the room corridors, which raised safety concerns for us. Breakfast came from outside restaurants rather than being made in-house. We had specifically said it was for a toddler, but that request was overlooked. The location was convenient, but the property lacked freshness, attentiveness and hospitality, and didn’t feel worth the money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

The hotel was easy to reach, with ample parking for cars, and the staff were helpful and understanding. Our rooms were very clean, and DLR Grand made an already memorable family trip even better. I’d recommend it for a family stay.

The location is away from the city center, but getting around was easy. We could quickly book an Uber Auto whenever we needed one. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, making this a nice place to stay in Tirupathi. We also ordered coffee through room service, and it was good.
