Families would be better off avoiding this place, even if it looks good from outside. There was no water or soap, and no hot water either. The service was the worst. It seemed more suited to people drinking and smoking near the bus stop than to a family stay.
The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and were not clean. They charged 1500/- for just 6 hours, and the staff were rude, careless, and reckless in their replies. They didn't provide a key. I especially wouldn't suggest this place for families, and would tell them to avoid these rooms. This isn't Green Terminal, it's Cigarette Terminal 🤦♂️.
We stayed nearly 40 hours after booking rooms here for a recent visit. The rooms were okay, but the staff service was poor, there was no water available, and there was no cleaning staff. It turned out to be a bad choice for us.
For a budget of 1500, it was worth the money, with friendly staff and a complimentary water bottle and soap. I think it's the best hotel near the Vijayawada bus stand compared with the other nearby hotels. Call ahead and book, since sometimes all the rooms are taken.
The room was the only good part of my stay at Hotel Green Terminal. I paid ₹3000 for 2 days, but basic things like soap and water bottles were provided only when we asked. At check-in, nobody explained what services or facilities were available. Hot water came only early in the morning, which was inconvenient, and some staff were rude and unhelpful. The service was poor and didn't feel worth the price.
