Grand Vijayawada by GRT hotels

The food was fresh and tasty, with lots of choice, especially at breakfast. At GRt Hotel, Naveen and security Bahadur were very helpful. My room was neat, cozy, and had the amenities I needed, and the staff were polite and made sure everything was taken care of. It was a comfortable stay with a real home-away-from-home feel and a lot of warmth in the service.

The hospitality really stands out at GRT Hotels, Vijayawada. We were welcomed with cheerful smiles throughout, and everyone was courteous and gracious. Anvita and Avishek were especially warm, friendly, and helpful while serving dinner and breakfast. Mr. Mahesh helped with our vehicle at the porch, and bell boy Mr. Jeevan was friendly, professional, and helpful too. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel this time. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, though the bedsheets could have been cleaner. We first stayed here last January for one night, arriving late and leaving early, and the pleasant experience and room comfort brought us back. This visit we arrived in the morning, stayed overnight, and checked out the next day. It was comfortable once again, and we'd consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

The buffet had a wide selection and everything tasted great. We even had a nice chat with the chef. For a one-night stay, the hotel was very comfortable, with clean, spacious rooms and superb facilities. It's a 4star hotel, but the experience felt like a 5star. Staff greeted us with smiles and were warm, courteous, and helpful. We had a pleasant visit and would love to return.

The hotel is opposite PVP mall street near benz circle area, and the room view was superb. Rooms were hygienic and well maintained, with good air conditioning. I really liked that they use eco-friendly toothbrushes and combs, with no plastic. Breakfast was complimentary for every day of the stay and offered plenty of choices, including dry fruits, chapathi, puri, idly, dosa, donuts, and healthy fruit juices. Reception staff member jagadeesh ( Spects person), if I remember the name right, helped make check-in and check-out smooth. Service boy naveen was quick, and Priyanka called to remind me about checking in on time when I was running late.
