The room was clean, and the hospitality was nice. SHIVA and MOULI were excellent, available around the clock. I stayed at Hotel Park iris MG road for 2 days, and it’s a good hotel.

Bed bugs had infested my room, and I ended up with bites and irritated skin. That’s extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The hotel needs to deal with the pests and cleanliness right away. I wouldn’t recommend staying until the problem is fixed.

I paid Rs.2000, which felt far too much for what the place offers. The room was clean but very small, and the facilities didn’t justify the price. I arrived at 12.30 am to find nobody in the lobby, so I had to call someone to come and assign me a room. The phone didn’t work, and there was no AC remote or fan knob. When I asked for the remote, the staff member told me to go downstairs and get it myself. Really bad service for that price.

There were blood bugs all over the room. Even the lodge carpet is kept in better shape than this hotel. If you suggest anything to them, they scold you.

The rooms are okay, and breakfast is average. But the bathroom was very untidy, there was no hot water, and asking repeatedly didn’t get anything resolved. The phone didn’t work either, so we had to go to reception whenever we needed something. No room service, and no clean laundry.
