They said they’d give me a bill when I checked out, but at checkout all I got was a screenshot from the app, which I can’t use to claim it. There was no room service either. A very bad experience.

The hill view is awesome, and the service really impressed me. It felt like a home away from home, much better than staying in a hotel room. I’d recommend it to friends and relatives, especially for anyone working away from home.

The room was organized well and came with soap and shampoo, and it had an apartment-like feel. The place is outside the city, so cost wasn’t an issue, but it can be a little hard to find even though there are signs on the road. I visited during curfew and couldn’t find food options, so check before your appointment. There’s free Wi-Fi. The AC stops working if the power goes out.

La Hotera made us feel like family. We felt comfortable knowing the team was there if we needed anything, and we’re grateful for their generous hospitality and genuine care during our stay. All the best to everyone, and maybe we’ll be back one day.

The service was very good, and I’d say it’s the best room in Vijayawada.
