The rooms were in poor shape and unhygienic, making this the worst stay I've had. I booked and paid online through oyo, but at the hotel they said they no longer accepted oyo bookings, so I had to pay again. They charged twice the online price. oyo customer care didn't respond properly or refund my booking. A very bad experience with oyo bookings, it felt like they were taking customers' money.

When I got to the hotel, they wanted double the price, claiming the rates shown on OYO were wrong. I'd reserved and paid through OYO, and had even spoken with the hotel while booking. Either OYO and the hotel aren't coordinating, or the hotel is cheating customers.

OYO, congratulations on keeping this place going and taking people's money. It's one of a kind if you want mosquitoes everywhere, poor cleanliness, bad service, and a whole lot of other problems.

After people book through Oyo, the hotel staff don't give them the rooms they reserved. Oyo is cheating everyone. It's a cheating company.

It's close to benz circle, the price is reasonable, and both the staff and the room were good. Nice ambience too.
