Parking was tight and inconvenient, and the food was decent but nothing special. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the location made it easy to get around. Still, the price didn't feel like good value for money, especially for what I expect from the Lemon Tree brand, so I chose not to extend my stay. It could work for a comfortable one or two night stopover, but I'd look elsewhere if expecting premium value.

Gowthami at the front desk arranged complimentary breakfast, which wasn't part of our original booking. The hospitality was top notch, and the hotel gives you a decent sense of what premium accommodation is like. The breakfast spread and quality could be better, though. It was the one part that didn't match the rest of the place.

Room 411. I checked out today, 27/01/2026. The room dining, cafeteria, and other services were all good. The only problem was the girl at reception, who was rude. If someone doesn't understand the local launge, she shouldn't get irritated with them. I don't think she's suited to the reception area.

The linen was stained, and there were marks in the washroom. We got just one towel, no hand towels, and the hand wash was almost empty. These basics clearly weren't checked before check-in. Guests shouldn't have to flag such things. This isn't what I expect from a branded hotel.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable, with a central location. The rooms were clean, and the service was caring and always came with a smile. Mr.Yashwanth and his team, Arijith, Sathya, Komal , Santosh, showed great hospitality and exceeded our expectations. Great value too. We'd definitely come back and recommend Red fox by lemon tree in Vijaywada.
