There's a bar and restaurant on the top floor, and you can order from Swiggy or Zomato. Rooms are spacious, though they'll charge extra for an extra bed in a deluxe room. The location doesn't feel good for taking family out nearby. It's more suited to singles or bachelors, and parking is limited.

The location is really good, with a decent restaurant and tiffin places nearby. The hotel itself was clean but very basic, and the rooms could use better upkeep. We found a honey bee in our room, the tap was leaking, and no dental kit was provided. There was hardly any staff around, and they could be more available.

Fabhotel customer care quoted one rate, while the property manager gave us another, with no coordination between them. The room was awful, unclean and unhygienic, and the washroom wasn't maintained. There was a strong cigarette smell, the property is next to a bar, and parking isn't adequate. I regret booking this.

We'd booked in the evening at 2k, but when we arrived in Vijayawada at 11:30 PM with our baby, the staff demanded 4k or threatened to cancel the room. Their behavior was extremely rude. This felt like cheating customers. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything else was good, including the room and service. There was a payment mix-up, though: after we'd paid in advance, the hotel asked for extra charges at check-in. MMT later sorted it out, and we didn't have to pay the extra amount.
