Sai Krishna Residency by Oyo

I had a horrible night, out on the road with my wife. The boy working there answered rudely when I asked for the room to be cleaned. He said it was the only room they had and that if I didn't want it, I should contact OYO support and cancel, because they didn't care. The rooms were very dirty, the air conditioners didn't work, and the staff were rude to customers. They show fake photos on OYO to make people think the hotel is great. Thanks to OYO, they switched us to another hotel quickly and gave good support.

Though the room and washroom were a good size, the mattress, AC and cleanliness weren't up to standard, and the amenities fell short. My impression was spoiled from the start when they charged me extra even though I'd prepaid everything in the OYO app. The staff weren't well-mannered either. On the first day, while I was out, they suddenly demanded I check out or pay extra because they hadn't yet received the complementary money from OYO. That isn't ethical.

For a budget price, the stay is satisfactory overall. The staff are very cooperative, and there's a Good Morning Restaurant nearby with delicious food. It's easy to get here from the railway station and bus station. For directions, use Opp. SBI, Besent Road, Governerpeta, since the Google location can be confusing and auto drivers may take you on a city ride.

The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, and the amenities didn’t match the photos on the OYO app. Staff checked us in through the app before showing us the room. Once we saw it, we refused to stay, but the staff were rude and didn’t provide even basic amenities. OYO also couldn’t move our booking to another property, so we were left paying for a stay we never used and received no refund. It was a horrible situation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or OYO.
