For ₹2,900, I expected basic comfort and hygiene, but this room wasn’t close to being worth the price, even at a discount. The so-called main rooms were tiny and stifling, like third-class lodge rooms, and badly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat, towels cheap-looking and worn, and even the doormats were in awful shape. Stains all over the walls made the place feel dirty and neglected. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority. The washroom didn’t even have hand wash, which should be the bare minimum. Overpriced and disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Service is consistently great and comes with a smile. The food is simple but good, and the central location is close to Benz Circle. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, with a view of Loyola college’s football grounds and green Gundala Hill beyond. Try to book one of the rooms that faces the view.

The staff are friendly and service is decent, and the washroom is kept very well. The rooms aren’t all clean, though, and the bed linen was only okay. Breakfast is decent, but there are no eggs at all, so it doesn’t work well for non-vegetarians. The staff are very good, but the small coffee shop has nothing in it. Not a happy experience.

The restaurant’s hill view adds a nice touch to dining, and the food is a strong point: the buffet has limited choices but tastes good, while dinner is amazing, if a little pricey. Rooms are clean, hygienic and comfortable, though somewhat small. The hotel sits in the heart of the city, with easy access around town. A cozy stay for anyone wanting comfort and convenience.

My stay at Hotel Eden Park was really good. Mr.Muruganand Reddy, the restaurant manager, was friendly, polite and very helpful when we were picking dishes for lunch and dinner. He’s a thorough professional.
