The hotel waiters were unresponsive. We told them the room needed cleaning, but even after that it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The food and ambience are great, but the rooms need a deeper clean. Restaurant staff could use some training too, as they come and go whenever they please.

Dear management, please change the restaurant staff. Their attitude and service are terrible, and getting an order feels like a major achievement. We have to beg for service, and one staff member even muttered bad words. They seem uninterested in working and behave as if you’re giving them free food.

The Kay hotel is conveniently close to NH16, so it’s easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities, and there are plenty of breakfast choices. We had a very good experience and recommend it.
