We found the check-in and check-out easy, and the services ran smoothly. The staff were professional, polite, and ready to help. Hotel Pratibha Grand has a calm, premium feel, and the facilities met our expectations. Our room was big, clean, and neatly arranged, while the rest of the spacious property was well maintained too. It felt comfortable for either a family or business stay. A great choice for clean rooms and good service, highly recommended.

The experience was just okay. I'd suggest booking through an online app like MakeMyTrip, since they didn't give us a room at the amount shown online.

We stayed from apr 3-5, and it was a really, really pathetic hotel. The receptionist said the price on the online booking site was fake and asked us to pay extra.

The rooms are very clean, and the service is very good. It's also very close to the railway station and bustand.

Getting here from the temple was easy, and the rickshawawallas seemed to know the hotel well. We stayed one night. Our room was pleasant and well maintained, and the hotel was clean. Some people in our group did have trouble with the water supply, though our room was fine. Room service was available, but we didn't use it.
