There are cockroaches all over the rooms, and the ACs don’t cool properly. They tell you to wait an hour for the air conditioning, but it still doesn’t cool right away. Check the room carefully and make sure it’s okay before paying. They’re making fools of people.
After we booked online and came to check in, they asked us for more money. When we didn’t want to pay extra, they said there were no rooms available. Don’t book here, you’ll end up suffering.
I really wish I’d taken photos of the room. It smelled bad as soon as we walked in, and the bathroom stank even more. The sheets and pillow covers were filthy. I wanted to leave right after checking in, but we’d travelled a long way and had our one-year-old baby with us, so we stayed one night. They charged Rs1300 for me, my husband, my mother-in-law, and the baby, and wouldn’t reduce it. The man said, “There will be a police check today, it can’t be any less.” We were left wondering what that had to do with anything. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t spend your hard-earned money on this place or its service.
At 2 AM, the receptionist wasn’t professional and argued with customers. I don’t think he knows how to treat people. The atmosphere was very bad. Better avoid it.
