The location is super convenient, and I stayed here with my family. But there's no maintenance at all. The floors, walls, roof, lifts, fans, and bathroom fittings were all in broken condition.

The building seemed to be under renovation. Parking wasn't good, and the rooms had a strange smell. We had to wait a long time for the air to freshen up.

The rooms were clean in some areas, but they could do a better job cleaning the rest.

The front desk person was really nice and responded well, but the rooms, lift, and whole property need more renovation. The rooms also weren't quite like the ones shown on the website. Parking in the cellar felt risky, though you can park on the roadside in front of the building. If you're a bachelor visiting nearby for a quick work trip, you could stay here.

The rooms and restrooms weren't clean, the flooring was damaged, and the beds were dirty and untidy. We had a terrible experience with cockroaches and mosquitoes. The bed and pillow covers hadn't been changed, and there were no service providers. This isn't suitable for families. We booked through the MakeMyTrip app, and I'd suggest checking the room before you book.
