The online listing gave a misleading picture of the property. There was a strong foul smell from the moment I arrived, throughout the lifts and corridors and in the room. The room felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel safe staying there. The environment was bad enough that I left straight away without feeling comfortable staying to take photos. When I raised the issue, management refused a refund and showed no interest in resolving it. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I’d advise travellers to avoid the property. It didn’t meet basic hygiene or customer service standards.

Getting there from either the railway station or bus station is easy. The rooms were nice and decent, and the service was good.

The pricing was outrageous and unclear, and the front desk staff came across as highly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The beds had bed bugs, and there was a damp, musty smell in the rooms. Hygiene wasn't good. Food was average despite restaurant-level prices, and there isn't a proper restaurant or breakfast spread. The charges are about the same as Lemon Tree rooms. I'd skip this hotel when staying in Vijayawada.
