We had a confirmed FabHotels booking and had already paid in full, but when we arrived at midnight, the men at reception were rude and careless. We were women from the same family, and they didn’t seem concerned about helping us. They told us to call customer care and wouldn’t take responsibility for sorting it out. We later learned that our room had been sold to someone else despite the confirmed, paid booking. Being left without a room at that hour caused serious inconvenience and felt unsafe. The management was poor, the behavior was unprofessional, and customer support was nonexistent. I don’t recommend FabHotels.

The rooms were clean and lavish, but the complimentary breakfast hotel was terrible. Its staff behaved badly and wouldn’t even listen to what customers were asking for.

The service was very poor. My room at The Golden Way wasn’t cleaned daily, the bedsheets weren’t changed each day, and the staff didn’t do their work properly. There were cockroaches, the TV didn’t work, and the AC wasn’t functioning well. Staff kept asking me for money and tips like beggars.

We had a great time celebrating my friend’s birthday here. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. A lovely place for a special occasion! 🎂✨

The rooms are good, but the AC wasn’t working and there was no drinking water service. The lift also wasn’t working properly.
