For the price they charged, the room was nowhere near acceptable. It was untidy, smelled bad, and hadn't been cleaned properly. The washroom was in poor shape too. When we left, staff even asked for a bigger tip despite the lack of cleanliness. The worst stay I've had.
2/10
After taking payment, neither OYO nor the hotel staff responded to my many calls. The AC, washroom light, and flush weren't working, and the service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend booking here. This isn't the response I expected from OYO.
2/10
The staff said they had no booking under my name, even though OYO showed a price of 490, and asked me to pay 1500 per night instead. I was also charged 200 as a service fee. There was no hot water, and the staff were very unprofessional. I'm really dissatisfied and want this complaint handled promptly.
2/10
The room smelled awful, and the bathroom was so cramped that there was barely space to turn around, let alone take a bath. The flush didn't work either. They advertised breakfast as free with the booking, but never provided it. OYO always cheats.
2/10
Pakka cheaters at reception. They take your money, then charge extra on top of what you paid through OYO. Worst service ever!
