The place didn't feel safe for families. During an incident where another guest was harassing us, I called reception repeatedly and nobody answered because the staff were asleep. The rooms were unhygienic too, with dirty sheets and cockroaches on the bed. Staff were unprofessional, unresponsive, and irresponsible. A complete waste of money.

The stay felt easy from the start. Hotel SNR Twilight is convenient to find in Gandhi Nagar, Vijayawada, and check-in and checkout were quick, with friendly help from reception. The staff were polite and ready to help, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxed feel. My room was comfortable, with good bedding, AC, Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. It's close to key spots and easy to reach from major areas. I'd choose Hotel SNR Twilight again and recommend it for a comfortable stay, whether visiting for business or leisure.

The management was friendly, and the price felt fair. I stayed in a suite. It was decent, with a clean, comfortable washroom and a good bed. I'd consider coming back in the future.

The rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes, weren't properly cleaned, and the AC only worked some of the time. There was no hot water in the bathrooms either. The hotel was full of drunk people, so I felt unsafe. I wouldn't bring a couple or family here. If you're a bachelor, you might be okay with it, but don't let the low price tempt you into a family stay.

We stayed at Hotel SNR Twilight for two days and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and neat. Maintenance was good, though it could be a little better. The reception staff were very welcoming.
