The ambience was nice, and the non-veg snacks were good. The shahi gosh biryani was a little salty, though. It used to be very tasty before.

I paid ₹594 for mutton biryani through Swiggy, but the restaurant sent paneer biryani instead. They said the paneer biryani cost ₹350 and that I was only eligible for a ₹150 refund. They also asked me not to file a complaint on Swiggy, and did so very rudely. This felt like fraudulent service.

The restaurant name is New Continental Park Hotel on Google, but Swiggy lists it as Continental Park. My order was wrong, and they offered ₹100 back on a ₹600 order while asking me not to complain on Swiggy. They send veg and non-veg items in place of each other on purpose, in my view. That offer and request made the service seem fraudulent.

I haven't stayed here, so this is just about the restaurant. I always get takeaway, and their Sahi Gosh biryani is the best in town. The chicken fried rice and chicken lollipops are good too. Worth a try.

The room was ₹2,800 including GST, and I felt it was worth the price. It's a peaceful place to stay, with complimentary breakfast and food available until 1 a.m. Subbayyagari hotel is right next door too, so sorting out meals is easy.
