OYO 12269 Sashi Paradise

The rooms were very small and dirty during the one day I stayed. The hotel has recently been taken over by Aditya grand. Hot water depends entirely on the solar system, so when the weather is cool, you won't get any.

For four people in an AC room, we paid 2200. The room was comfortable enough, the hotel had a good ambience, and the staff were hospitable. Having parking on MG road is a big plus, and the bus stand is within walking distance. The rooms could still use some maintenance. Basic amenities were provided when we asked, though they should have been put in the room during cleaning. The intercom didn't work, so we had to go all the way down to reception whenever we needed something.

The location is good, close to the bus stand and railway station, and there's an attached restaurant. Room service could be better. I think each room should have its own geyser so guests can get hot water whenever they need it.

Clean rooms and a good budget option, within walking distance of the bus stand and railway station. There's an in-house restaurant called Haveli Kitchen, and the food is delicious. The owner is there most of the time overseeing service to customers. Worth a try.
