The AC in the room didn't work. A totally bad experience, and the worst hotel. Don't visit.

Cockroaches were all over the rooms, which were dirty and smelled of stale cigarettes. The staff didn't seem interested in helping with our problems. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay, and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Avoid it unless these issues are addressed.

The staff behaved badly and the service wasn't good. They didn't provide a blanket.

The workers' behaviour wasn't good. Room service was very poor, and the facilities weren't good either.

After I'd paid, nobody would help me, even though they advertise free Wi-Fi. In the morning, I was charged 600 rupees extra for checking out 1hr and 45 min late. One worker had promised he'd manage a later checkout, but in the morning he got abusive and spoke rudely. Worst service and a really bad experience.
