The rooms are good, but they aren’t maintained properly and are full of cockroaches. AC and hot water are available. I’d avoid this place if you’re traveling with kids.

This is just about the hall on the fifth floor. It isn’t huge, but it’s decent for 75 to 100 people and was kept neat. The restrooms were good, too. Even in 42-degree heat, the AC kept it cool. Good enough.

It’s a budget hotel in a neat part of Governorpet, tucked along a small lane. The rooms were okay. The second-floor room was really neat and comfortable, while the first-floor one was smaller and smelled bad. The sheets need a better clean. Room service was very good. There’s no restaurant on site, so they bring food from outside, but it was good enough.

My stay was enjoyable, and the hotel was clean, with good air conditioning and staff who responded quickly. The toilet flush sometimes failed or refilled very slowly, though. Maintenance needs a bit more attention, especially for something so essential to a hotel.
