The staff treated us rudely when we complained that the TV didn't work. They made no effort to fix anything and showed no concern for our comfort. There were no towels, soap, shampoo, or clean linen, and the room was tiny, dirty, and poorly maintained, nothing like the misleading pictures on the website. This place doesn't meet even basic hotel standards, let alone being a 3-star hotel. Advertising it that way with fake photos is dishonest. Our stay caused stress and discomfort instead of rest. It was a waste of money and shouldn't be trusted. I strongly warn people not to stay here. Unsatisfied, worst stay ever.

Stayed with my friends yesterday. The rooms were spacious and in good condition, and the prices were basic. We enjoyed it a lot.

I'm very satisfied with my booking. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, and the washroom was always clean too. Nice hotel, good service, and the staff were very good and helpful.

Nothing was clean, and there was no room service. They didn't provide food or assorted toiletries as mentioned. The place was badly maintained and wasn't worth ₹2500.

The hotel was quiet at night and conveniently close to key attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and attentive from arrival. Breakfast had a good range of fresh choices, and the pool, spa, and gym were well maintained. At Treebo Trend Arka Vijayawada, I had a great stay and would happily return.
