The lift felt unsafe and was in horrible shape. My room wasn't clean, the bathroom smelled bad, and the fittings were rusty and broken. The linen was in poor condition, and the staff weren't cooperative or welcoming. Breakfast was the one good part, it was very nice, but the stay wasn't worth the money. I was in room no 307.

Drainage was leaking in the cellar parking area, making a terrible smell, and the staff took no action even after I reported it. The rooms at Treebo Empire Hotel, Benz Circle, Vijayawada, were poorly kept and not properly cleaned. Room service was extremely bad, and staff showed no responsibility or proper response to complaints. The hotel is poorly maintained, and management doesn't seem to care about guest concerns. Definitely not recommended.

Parking is a problem here, and the staff are very unresponsive. The room itself was good and clean. I usually choose Treebo in most places for the value for money, though.

The rooms were okay, nothing bad, but I stayed six days and got the same breakfast menu every morning. I got bored with it. The coffee tasted like milk diluted with water. I poured away the first one, tried again the next day and got the same thing, so I left it alone for the remaining four days. At other Treebo hotels I've visited, breakfast menus haven't been repeated like this. We ate breakfast in a den that wasn't maintained either. The room fan also made a noise when running, and I posted a video for anyone to check.

The extra charge for early check-in was frustrating and unfair, especially since I'd notified the hotel by email ahead of time. The rooms weren't clean, and the sheets looked unwashed. Breakfast was the worst part, poorly prepared and with little variety. I had a very disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable one.
