The location is a 10/10, and service was attentive across dining, housekeeping, and room service. The morning spread and wide range of dinner options were great, just what I'd expect at ITC. The water was very hard, so a shower filter would help. I also wasn't sure about the quality of the hair and body products and think they should be reviewed. The gym was a real weak spot: small, with little equipment, and a basic rowing machine would be a good addition. In the basement it feels dull, and I couldn't find the trainer to plan sessions, unlike during my long weeks at Taj. I didn't make it to the spa this time, so that's for next time. Still a good place, and I appreciate the effort. No one is perfect.

The kitchen team served a terrific meal, with hot, fresh, hygienic food and appealing presentation. The dishes had well-balanced flavors and were made with care from high-quality ingredients. It felt comparable to a 5-star hotel dining experience.

At Marina Café, ITC Welcome Hotel Cathedral, Shankar and Keith made our whole group feel welcome. They were especially thoughtful with our foreign guests, who had a range of specific food preferences. Their patient recommendations and understanding of international tastes, including suggestions tailored to different people, really lifted the meal. Service stayed warm, professional, and seamless throughout. We enjoyed the food and their hospitality, and would highly recommend it.

The meal had a lovely aroma, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The kitchen cooked everything just right, with balanced spices and rice flavors, and the plating looked attractive and carefully done. A wonderful 5-star quality dining experience.

The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the location was great. Mr. Prabhakar from room service kindly accommodated our unusual request. Restaurant service was excellent too. Mr Keith and Mr Shankar were professional and hospitable, and went out of their way to make sure we got the food we needed. Looking forward to staying again.
