The Oakwood Hotel

There’s plenty around the hotel, including famous vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants, a shopping mall, and a movie theatre. It’s right by F C Road, with markets and shopping close by. The central location makes it easy to get to any part of Pune, and it feels safe for families, couples, or solo travellers. The rooms and common areas are neat, clean, and well maintained. I tried the breakfast, which could be improved. There’s no non-veg menu yet, though someone said management has changed and might be planning to add one.

I’ve been staying at your hotel since the 16th and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff are very good, especially Mr. Sopan Narwade at reception, who has been a great help. His manner and service have been excellent. Wishing you and the whole team continued success.

The staff at Hotel Oakwood were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty choices, and the dining area looked just like the photo attached. I stayed at Hotel Oakwood near Good Luck Square, right in the heart of Pune, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel and rooms were super clean and cosy, and the well-maintained furniture and interiors added to the comfort. It was a wonderful stay and worth every penny. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.

The rooms are basic, and the worst part was the front desk’s behavior. Six of us had booked three rooms for seven days in Pune for a yoga workshop. On our last day, we had a session from 8 am to 12.45 and asked to keep one room until 1 pm for a late checkout before heading to the airport. The front desk insisted we pay for half a day until 6 pm. When we explained we’d leave around 1 or 1.30, they said all 45 rooms were booked. After seven days in three rooms, they wouldn’t even give us one extra hour in a single room. The hospitality was awful, and their manner was very bad. They put cheap train blankets in the rooms while claiming to be a 4 star hotel.
