Bloom Hotel Balewadi

The front office team, Aniket and Kiran, were friendly, supportive, and good listeners. Aniket, the receptionist, was especially good, and the service from the staff was outstanding. I’d happily refer the hotel to people close to me and would be glad to stay at bloom hotel again on a future trip to Pune. One practical suggestion: please provide the receptionist with a chair. Having to stand all the time seems inhuman. Thanks and regards.

I needed somewhere comfortable to rest after a trek near Pune, before catching my train the next day, and Bloom Hotel, Pune (Balewadi) worked well. From check-in through check-out, everything went smoothly, and the staff were polite and professional. The clean, comfortable rooms had the essentials, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind. As someone who often needs dependable places to stay while travelling, I found this a good value option for a short stopover or a longer visit.

Rajesh chef’s food is what I’d recommend. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and polite. It was a good value stay, though a few small improvements could make it better.

The hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The staff service stood out, especially the help I received from Mr. Rishabh and Mr. Aniket/ Ankit. Both were polite and helpful.
