The location is great, and despite being on koregaon park road, the room stayed pretty quiet at night. Parking in the basement was plentiful, and the staff were polite overall. Service was quick, and breakfast was good, though meal prices felt exorbitant. The rooms are large, but the bathtub takes up space that could perhaps go to the somewhat small washroom. That's just my personal view, since some people may like the tub. The AC worked fine and had four settings on the console. The desk clock ran an hour slow, with no way to reset it, and the lights use pop-and-press switches that take some getting used to. The TV is smart, and the hotel information section was useful, but the apps like Ntflx and prime needed subscriptions. Casting didn't work for me either, and the many TV channels were mostly news and not much use. Also, a handwash dispenser at the basin would be better than the usual soap, which gets scattered around.

Dinner at the Harajuku restaurant in The O Hotel was lovely, and I'll definitely go back. The staff were warm and attentive all evening, especially Chef Alex and Sundar Appa, who helped make it such a nice experience. The sushi was the best I've had in Pune, including the chicken sushi, and even the tempura was spot on. Everything was delicately flavored and made with high-quality ingredients. The ambiance was amazing too.

The hotel's central location was a real plus, and I still had a good stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, but finding an outlet to charge anything was a hassle. One was tucked behind the fridge, another behind the study desk chair. These days, an easy-to-see charging point feels like a basic need. At checkout I asked for a glass of water and was sent to the restaurant. The staff there were too busy even to acknowledge me. Service could be better, and those little details need attention.

Getting to the entrance on foot is a bit tricky, and taxis or Ubers may have trouble spotting it along the main road. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the O and would recommend it to anyone visiting Pune. The place has a lovely atmosphere and first-class accommodations. The staff were incredibly friendly and kept finding small ways to make the stay better. Breakfast had a good selection and was delicious.

The food was very good, the ambience fantastic, and the location phenomenal. The rooms and hotel were very good too, and it felt worth the money. The reception team could communicate better with each other, though. The night manager and day manager seemed to have a miscommunication.
