I attended the rooftop CME organized by gem hospital in collaboration with GSK to promote the TDAP vaccine. The food for doctors was very poor quality: the rasagulla tasted like atta, and the chicken gravy smelled bad. The lift wasn’t working, and it seemed to have been deliberately closed for the CME attendees.

The location is good, but I couldn’t sleep in the room. The sheets and overall room cleaning were below even one star, and this hotel isn’t suitable for a family stay. We checked in and left just a few hours later. Frankly speaking, it’s below average.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and room service was good. It’s in a well-connected location, and decent enough for a budget stay. Breakfast could use better quality and more options.

We had a good experience overall. The chicken was flavorful and well marinated, and the tandoori was cooked slowly, which made it delicious. The ambience was nice, service was good, and there was plenty of car parking. They were offering discounts too.

The rooms are good, but the service is really bad. The AC and TV listed among the amenities both didn’t work, and nobody answered when I called housekeeping. The hotel needs to improve its service.
