Treebo Trend Kuber Inn

Dirty walls, old rooms, and slow service made this a terrible place to stay. They charge for every bottle of water too. They should at least include one complimentary bottle for guests.

The room itself was the one good part, and the hotel’s location and rooms seemed good at first. The service was awful. We booked through Booking.com with buffet breakfast included and paid everything in advance, but at check-in they offered only one poor-quality breakfast item. When I said I didn’t like it, staff said anything else would cost extra. I was shocked. There was no dental kit, and when I asked, they said they had only one available. They also provided no tissues or toilet paper, telling me I’d have to buy those myself. The next morning I said paratha and egg would be enough, but when I called, they told me, "Anda khatam ho gaya" (the eggs are finished). I was visiting from abroad with my family for work and didn’t want an uncomfortable argument, so I skipped breakfast for the rest of my seven-day stay. I regret trusting the Booking.com ratings and paying the full amount up front. I would have changed hotels otherwise. I reported the problems to Booking.com several times, but never got a response.

The location is really good, and the rooms aren’t bad, but the service was very poor. Towels and coffee maker items were brought only after we asked. The restaurant is run by a third party, and its menu was only in Hindi and Marathi, so as someone from another state I couldn’t understand what to order. Breakfast wasn’t worth even a rupee. I wouldn’t recommend this for families. It may suit solo travellers or bachelor groups. They also require full payment at check-in, which can be a problem if you’re unhappy or your plans change. My experience was not good at all.

The rooms at Treebo Trend Kuber Inn were clean, well maintained, and had the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
