Np Hospitality Pune

I spent 10 days at tatva suites and had a great stay. A small thing I appreciated was that my online food orders were brought right to my doorstep. The staff were helpful, and Mr Rajiv deserves a special mention for being so polite and patient. My room stayed clean and well looked after, had plenty of space, and included everything I needed. It was comfortable throughout. For the comfort, service, and price, [Tattva suites] is a great choice. I'll come back next time I'm in town.

This is a service apartment, not really a hotel, and it feels like a dormitory. There's no hot water or service, and nobody seems to care. It seems suited only to couples, not business travelers or corporate guests.

We paid for two 2 BHK properties for three nights, but were given 1 BHK units, and the manager moved us to a different property every day with an excuse and an apology. We had to move our bags each time. The rooms were not cleaned and had cockroaches everywhere. We got no water bottles, and the manager withheld the WiFi password after payment, then gave me the door code only when I paid the remaining amount. Very unprofessional, and not cooperative at all.

This was basically a flat where bedrooms were rented to different people, so we had to share with strangers. The caretaker was rude and wouldn't fix the missing ceiling fan in my room when I asked. The listing also didn't give proper details about the property. I had a bad experience and wouldn't recommend it.
