Novotel was an excellent conference venue, with the arrangements well organized. The banquet hall had a pleasant feel and was well maintained. All the staff were courteous and supportive, especially Pravin, Nupur, paras, who were extremely polite and helpful. Pravin was particularly humble and helped throughout the event. It was a great experience.

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful all through our stay, and check-in and checkout were both easy. The hotel was calm and comfortable, with well-managed amenities, so it worked well for leisure or business. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping keeping things fresh. The common areas and bathrooms were impressive too. The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. It was good value, and I’d choose the hotel again and recommend it.

My birthday meal felt like something made at home, but with real care and skill. I described the flavors I wanted, and Chef Kamrul Hoque at Novotel, Pune brought them to life exactly, rich, authentic, and balanced. The Dal Makhani and Chicken with Garlic Naan were outstanding. Radha also gave us warm support and excellent service throughout. A wonderful experience, and special thanks to both of them for making my birthday memorable.

We had a great time celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary at Novotel pune. The food service, taste, and other amenities were awesome. We did run into a room issue at first, but Ms.Supriya sorted it out within minutes. She was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks to her and the Novotel team.

Novotel Pune delivered a comfortable, relaxing stay for the money, and lived up to its brand standards. The restaurant food was excellent, with a good range of tasty options. Breakfast was especially impressive, with both Indian and continental choices. Mr Jagan & Tushar deserve a special mention for being courteous, professional, and ready to help. Check-in and checkout were smooth too. I’d recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.
